Match-eve neural activation (MD-1)
Activate the nervous system the day before the match with fast stimuli and very low volume — MD-1 is the lightest day of the microcycle and had no physical work dedicated to preparing it that way.
Choose a session and the exercise is added to today’s plan.

The coach serves and manages the breaks.
1 steps
Fast footwork on the ladder and short reactions to a coach’s signal. Very little volume: coordination and speed are woken without leaving fatigue for the match.
Exercise sequence
Coaching points
- Speed and sharpness above all; at the first sign of heavy feet, shorten the session.
- MD-1 is the lightest day of the microcycle — the goal is to activate, not to train.
- Reacting to the signal trains the neural readiness the match will demand from the first action.
- Leave the session feeling light and fast, never tired.
Progressions
- React to a visual signal instead of a known sequence.
- Chain two stimuli in a row.
Regressions
- Keep the known sequence.
- Reduce the number of reps.
