Three-server crossing circuit
Accumulate come-out volume from three different cross origins, with no predictable pattern, so trajectory reading generalises instead of adapting to a single repeated origin.
Choose a session and the exercise is added to today’s plan.

Three servers in different positions cross in an unannounced order. The goalkeeper comes out for each ball without knowing in advance which server will cross next.
Exercise sequence
Coaching points
- Reading starts at the posture of the server about to cross, not once the ball is already in the air — so attention always has to be ready, not fixed on the last origin.
- Adjust the base position between crosses based on the most likely next server, without ever committing too early.
- Always attack the ball at its highest point, regardless of which server crossed.
- Keep the same come-out quality on the series’ last cross as on the first — accumulated fatigue is no excuse to relax technique.
Progressions
- Increase the tempo between crosses.
- Add a fourth server.
Regressions
- Return to a fixed, announced order.
- Reduce to two servers.
