Perfect roll-out accuracy in a target game format — the roll-out was a thin topic and accuracy is built better through challenge than through dry repetition.

Exercise sequence
Coaching points
- The roll-out stays flat along the ground, no bounce — a bounce loses accuracy and makes the teammate’s control harder.
- The arm follows the target to the finish, low and straight like bowling.
- The feet point at the target before the release; accuracy starts at the base, not the hand.
- Score for accuracy, not power — the challenge encourages precision without a lecture.
Progressions
- Narrow channel between cones.
- Increase the target distance.
Regressions
- Wide mini-goal.
- Bring the target closer.
