Exercise sequence
Coaching points
- The recovery step ends with the body aligned and still, not sliding.
- A few perfectly executed reps are worth more than many with declining quality.
- Keep the trunk stable throughout the movement — no vertical bounce.
- Stop as soon as movement quality starts to drop, even before the planned number of sets.
Progressions
- Add a backward diagonal component.
- Slightly reduce recovery time between reps.
Regressions
- Reduce the width between the cones.
- Execute at self-paced rhythm, with no external cue.
